For the amount you get in this box while pregnant / post pregnancy . Save yourself the hassle of running to the store and stocking up. I LOVED THIS BRAND. They are super soft, I experienced no chaffing or irritation. They can absorbe alot of the let down, i was honestly suprised, easy to stick on to your bra or your tshirt and honestly a good fit for me. I got these to use for the first 2 weeks after nipple piercings. They are easy to use, wrapped individually and stay in place all day. Keep your piercings dry and clean while healing the first couple weeks, and keep your clothing/bra from getting dirty from the normal piercing discharge.

    • After 4 babies and 5+ years of EBF/nursing, these are still my “Go-to.”
As a mom of four EBF babies, I’ve been through my share of nursing products. While no disposable pad will rival the softness, comfort, and reusable economy of cotton or bamboo washable options, disposable, fully waterproof breast pads with decent adherence are essential. Especially in the first few months of nursing while you supply is regulating, you will be miserable and tired of uncomfortable and embarrassing leaks, especially overnight. These Medela pads are the most comfortable of the brands I have tried, and more absorbent than their older (circular) design than Lansinoh. Albeit, they also don’t lie a flatteringly under a bra/shirt than circular pads—you’ll find yourself trying to shape them a bit if you don’t wear thick/padded bra over them. My other annoyances with this product are more easily attributed to my own lack of sleep as a new mom—mainly when quickly tucking “the girls” back inside after a feeding, the pads occasionally fold over, causing some leaks and—occasionally—transfer of the adhesive to the skin which can obviously be uncomfortable to remove and create a concern for baby to accidentally ingest if not noticed before a feeding. Strong for what they are, out of a combined total of 5 years nursing my children, I’ve only had three or four instances of one of these breaking while in a bra, depositing some of the the clear absorbent beads on my skin. Also—and you will thank me later—always, ALWAYS make sure any of these pads are removed from your clothing before throwing them in the laundry, unless you have a passion for trying wipe out a million clear absorbent bead from the walls of your washing machine. Frankly, if you’re nursing a baby, you are already keenly aware that none of us have time for that stuff. ... show more

    • Absorbent but itchy
Product works, but I won’t be buying them again. The absorbency is great, I use these at night because my reusable ones leak too much and almost draw the milk out of the breast somehow, while these absorb the milk and don’t leak - 12 hours of successful use so far. The sticky part is just strong enough that if it folds over on itself, it’s not hard to unstick, but easily stays in place (except when you fold the material of your bra down to nurse baby) but easily goes back into place like I said. The downside of these is that the edges are plastic and pretty uncomfortable. They cause itchiness where the plastic touches the skin, especially if the material is crumpled of folded in any way. For this reason alone I won’t be buying these again. Also the reason for 3 stars instead of 5. ... show more
