Shew...more time was spent trying to get that one bolt to line up then putting everything else together, so not having an ease of assembly is why it gets 4 stars. I put it together as a solo project and having a second person would NOT have helped with the process. The set came in two boxes, and the packaging into those two boxes was engineered genius; couldn't have put it back into the two boxes even if I had wanted to do so...BRAVO.!.!.! The chairs are each missing one outside bolt by the time I gave up and just tightened all the rest of the bolts down, it is the top left bolt to be exact, but there are enough bolts on the inside of the frames to keep the sturdiness of the chairs intact. The right panels of the chairs went together like butter, but the left sides didn't align properly at all. I had to shim the bottom to get the bottom bolt in and I couldn't even get the tool to go through the top. Assembling the left before the right didn't resolve the misalignment either. I really like the way they look, that the chairs don't hit the back of my knees, my feet rest flat on the deck without the ottoman, and the value to money is definitely there for a covered balcony. The way the ottomans slide under the chairs when not in use is a brilliant design quality for small spaces. The way the different colors wave through the structures makes the eye travel and any type of cushion or rug pattern will go with it. The cushions are a bit on the thin side, but they sit comfortable to me without them because the material used in production has the thickness of an egg noodle, so it is more on the smooth side than the usual wicker that one might think of. That being said, even on a covered balcony I will be cleaning them with oil soap and wiping them down with mineral oil so the material doesn't oxidize or dry out and start cracking to extend the wear and tear time. The tempered glass top of the table has a reflective black color that is appealing to the eye, but again, it is on a covered balcony that only gets some morning sun, so surface temperature is not an issue for me. They nestle inside the frame perfectly and has suction cups built into the four corners for stabilization and cushion.

There were no instructions with this. It was a nightmare to put together as the screw holes did not line up. The bottom of the legs do not fit this set!! They are not the same shape as the wicker ends of the chair. This set is a total disappointment! If you are large this set will be very uncomfortable for you! I would return it if it wasn’t already put together!

This set is almost impossible to get together. The bolt holes do not match up, and my entire body is killing me from trying to wrestle those pieces together. Would definitely NOT buy again.
