Purchased two bikes that were delivered in 10 days in excellent packaging. Fenders and rack arrived separately. Assembly was uncomplicated. Excellent workmanship in welding and finish. I purchased the folding model thinking they would go in our SUV but after doing that a couple times I got a hitch rack. These are not toys. They should be thought of as motor vehicles. They will accelerate to 20 mph quickly on electric only and comfortably pedal assist at 14 mph. They are very stable at cruise speed with excellent brakes. At a stop holding the brakes interrupts the electric drive but care must be taken not to unexpectedly touch the throttle or pedals or (I learned) it will move out without you. My practice is not to stop too close to others and be sure power is off when mounting or dismounting. Highly recommend to wear a helmet, gloves, knee and elbow pads. ... show more
