Chairs came in boxes and it was easy to unbox. I think it must be the easiest assembly of anything I’ve bought. The customer service was amazing, never dealt with a company that kept me so informed before the product got here. The chair is firm and having had soft squishy chairs that wear out quickly I was very happy. The massage and heat was not a deciding factor in my purchase but it’s a lovely added bonus. There were no instructions on how to connect all the wiring. The chair cushions are stiff and unyielding. The chair sides and wings move when you sit or get up. I bought a warranty. I HOPE I don't need it but my faith was lowered when the chair arrived.

The chair was easy to assemble they are comfortable. But they aren't as sturdy as I expected the legs keep coming loose and you have to tighten them up about every 2 days. I for them for my complete knee replacement on March 21st 2022, and when I go to recline the chair it doesn't support my knee, because there's a gap in between the chair and the keg rest, so I have to put a pillow in between the chair and the keg rest so there's something to put the back of my knee to rest it on so my knee doesn't feel like it's hanging down in between the chair and the leg rest it makes the back of my knee hurt terribly unless I put a pillow in there. I just thought they would benefit a little better made, because I really needed something for my knee replacement. Thank You!! Fawn Hughey

These chairs are awesome! They are very nice looking, love the vibration and heat function, easy to assemble per my husband and they were package very well. We purchased the optional insurance in case something happened to them. We will see how they hold up. Update: 4/4/22: So the vibration for the lumbar only of one chair stop working. Control works fine or appears to work fine. When troubleshooting with the sellers they mentioned to swap the remote of the chair that's ok to see if that works. So I did and not only did it not fix the issue but now my other chair also doesn't vibrate in the lumbar section after plugging it's remote control back in. It's odd how only that one section of the chair on both chairs stopped working. Will likely have to use that optional insurance I purchased. Not even 60 days in yet. Update 4/15/22: contacted seller and they sent 2 new remotes. Once connected that seemed to resolve the issue oddly enough. Quick communication from the seller and effective resolution to the problem so I've updated my rating.

Bonus room furniture. The chairs were delivered just before Christmas as promised. The boxes were beat up badly. The FedEx delivery men were extra nice and I was grateful. After the easy assembly when cleaning up I found a nut in the box. I could not determine its origin. So I’ll hang on to it. For now the chairs are really working out fine.

I was looking for a wingback chair for reading in. this one turns out to be a recliner, massage chair, and heated too. I have seen many other chairs that do not compare to this one costing 5-6 times as much. I love it!
