They're giant pills but the gel capsules make them easy to swallow. If you're not good with pills, just use lots of water and drink fast to make sure they get washed down. It's recommended you take 4 pills a day to maximize your 5 gram daily intake. I do 2 pills first thing in the morning and two with dinner. There's 75 days worth of pills if you take them this way. If you hydrate properly and consume enough protein, you WILL notice the changes... Even if your macros aren't completely on point. I didn't like the powder form of creatine mixed in water because it was really salty and acidic, after a few days it would hurt my teeth. It felt like it was stripping the enamel right off, so this was a great alternative. Can't say how it compares to other brands and their pill forms, but I know this particular brand works GREAT. ... show more

It's creatine. You won't grow without going to the gym - don't expect it to do magic if you're gonna sit on your couch. Otherwise, pills are pretty standard (and size as my fish oil capsules). I take 4 of these every morning.
