I bought this because it was a good value and it's unflavored and is, from my research, good quality. I saw some reviews that said it diddn't mix well and tasted gritty, but mine mixed up effortlessly. I mixed it into room temp herbal tea just because my tea was right there when I was ready to test this. I mixed it easily by agitating it on my tea with a fork for a few seconds. It totally dissolved and did not change tge flavor or texture of my tea.
