I added additional water and it was fine. - If mixing in a blender, don’t use too much ice, it doesn’t mix well. - I used at night to keep me satiated and I do feel like I woke up a little more hungry than usual. - When I used first thing in the morning, I feel like it did keep me feeling full longer. I'm Pretty Happy with this Casein Protein Powder. It tastes great and is very thick when made into a shake. I sometimes make them into little balls and eat them as though there brownie bites it dosent take very much liquid to make them into a paste like consistency. My only gripe is the cost. I love this protein. It mixes well with water or milk and tastes great. My only negative is the price. It just seems to continue to increase, and has almost doubled since I began purchasing it 18months ago. I am allergic to whey isolate and this stuff does the trick. I blend smoothies with this, fruit, yogurt, banana, and sugar free juice for pre workout smoothies. Their vegetable protein is miles better than the supermarket/Costco stuff as well.

I have used ON Casein protein for years (since the 90's) and always have enjoyed it. It was a good company that offered quality products at affordable prices. The quality of ingredients is good and the taste was something I looked forward to. But what is going on with the prices?? I bought this protein for years at around $55 on Amazon. But starting in the summer of 2022 the prices started steadily climbing. First it was "supply chain issues" that drove prices up on everything, and then inflation. But lots of prices have decreased on foods, etc. Not ON products, though! This protein now costs anywhere from $90 to $100 for a 4lb bucket. And this is where I've drawn my line. I've switched to Levels Protein, which seems to be offering an even higher quality protein that also mixes better, uses only grass-fed cows, and only costs around $60-$65. This, I can do. ON has priced themselves out of the market. I hate it, but I'll no longer buy ON protein because of their price gouging practices. Hate to ON do this. ... show more

A serving of this product is 34g, or 'About one Scoop.' But this used to come with a 90cc scoop, and my latest jug came with a 70cc scoop. I measured them both out and weighed them. The old 90cc scoop, with some room to spare, is 34g. The 70cc scoop, filled as overflowing as it would permit, still comes in shy at 31 grams at best (and makes a mess doing it.) ... show more
