First off, it does what it says but more importantly for me: If you go to the gym in the morning like I do but enjoy a cup of coffee also, this gives you a boost without the jitters that at least for me, I have no trouble adding a cup of coffee right when I wake up and feeling fine. I really love how the product makes me feel… It delivers a nice boost of energy without making me feel intense or jittery. But I have struggled to find the right flavor. The Concord Grape tastes great, but it has lots of blue/red dye and stains plastic cups purple. The new citrus spritz is clear in color (great) but tastes a lot like grapefruit. I was hoping for a orange/lemon flavor. And don’t get me started on the stupid tiny scoop they place inside the half empty container. It gets lost in the powder.
