I have to have this every morning and sometimes during the afternoon. It’s a great little clean energy boost with no jitters. Great quality for the price. I started with one scoop a morning then went to 2 after about a week. I fill my shaker bottle with about 10-16 ounces of cool water (depending on how strong I want it) then add the powder and shake it up. I find it mixes better that way. When going into the office I prepare the night before and leave it in the fridge. Great energy drink with great vitamins to benefit!! The mix of caffeine (from green tea and green coffee extract) and amino acids helps me power through workouts and stay focused. I also appreciate the BCAAs for muscle recovery, especially after intense sessions. The 30-serving tub is convenient and lasts a decent amount of time.
