Lemme start with saying - every single box came with more instructions and screws and stuff so i have hella extra screws but that means that if you lose any! I would’ve been able to do it myself (my mom ended up helping me - which was nice - took us about an hour bc she moves too slow lolol) 5. Creamy color like i wanted! It’s not white it’s definitely creamy beige it’s light enough for me it’s gorgeous 6. Delivery - IT CAME EARLY!!!! Omg i was so excited. 3 boxes total - first 2 arrived then last box came the very next day! Quick delivery shipped fast! Lovely lovely and the seller reached out as soon as i placed order :’) 7. No places for storage - that wasn’t my focus or concern though just wanted to add that in there! Lastly: I’ve officially had the couch up for 2 days now! I’m in love. This cloud couch is everything I wanted it to be. It was easy to put together. My fiancée and I had it together a little over an hour but that was an us problem and triple checking instructions which were very well written. The pictures were super helpful as well. Everything you need is in the boxes. Next, let me explain that this isn’t my first time buying couches online. The last couch I had, was low to the ground, too firm of seats and the back cushions were a joke. The height of the back cushions and the seat depth was embarrassing. It costed me $300 less than this couch but this couch blew me away. I cannot express how wonderful it has been to me and my fiancée. The ottomans turned this into chaise like seating and I have been sleeping good. It’s sometimes hard to get through a movie because I will fall asleep. I appreciate the craftsmanship and sturdiness of this couch. When sitting on it, you do not feel the hardware. Just straight comfort and softness. If you are looking for a firm couch, this isn’t for you. It is very soft and plush. The seats are so wide and deep so I promise you will be comfortable. The back cushions are high too. I’m 5’9 and I can sit back comfortably. Now with all the good there are some bad. But the bad can be fixed for your comfort and how you want even though for the price, the couch is good as is honestly. So the back cushions are not secured on anything so they will slip around a bit. Not a big issue for me. The legs are only 3inches so it will be super low to the ground. If you are tall like myself, I would invest in 4-6inch legs and problem solved! Lastly, if you have wood flooring or any flooring where furniture can easily move; the legs will slide around on the floor. I purchased rubber pads to keep the couch sturdy and it has been perfect. Other than that, this couch is perfect for the price! You cannot beat it. I would like to show love to the seller as their customer service is top tier and amazing. I had an issue and they were on it and solved it quickly with urgency. Very nice and understanding. This couch is wonderful and will accommodate anyone. All I can say is good luck trying to stay awake while watching tv on this thing.

This couch is great for people who want something nice for a small space. It took me 3 hours to assemble. Directions were very easy to understand. All parts did not show up on same day so initially I was able to do the 3 seater assemble then finish on the following day when the 4th seat arrived. Feels DURABLE, Comfy, and VERY nice sized. Seller was great at communicating/answering questions. If you’re stalking this the way I did BUY IT! It’s worth it especially for such a great price!

After comparing several modular sofas—including the Annabeii and a few other brands—I decided on the 86" modular sofa with ottoman in black, and I'm so glad I did. I chose this sofa because of its size, seat depth, and black fabric. The dark color is a huge advantage in a home with dogs and children, and the deeper seat is especially comfortable for taller people. I'm tall and can sit or lounge comfortably without feeling cramped. Before purchasing, I read some reviews saying the back cushions weren't supportive enough or that the sofa lacked padding. That hasn't been my experience at all. While the back cushions are a little slimmer than some traditional sofas, they're still comfortable and provide plenty of support. Overall, I think the cushioning strikes a nice balance between supportive and cozy. My entire family—including our pets—loves this sofa. It's become everyone's favorite place to relax (and nap!). Is this a sofa that's going to last 15 years? Probably not. But if you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, well-priced sofa that should provide several years of everyday use, I think it's an excellent value. I already had a leather sofa in my living room and wanted something that complemented it without overwhelming the space. This sofa fits perfectly and makes the room feel complete. Everyone who sees it is surprised when I tell them it came from Amazon—they assume it's from a much more expensive furniture store. The fabric looks exactly as pictured. I've already had a small spill, and it wiped up easily with a damp cloth. It also does a great job hiding pet hair, even with my black dogs. Cleaning is simple with either a vacuum or a damp cloth. It comes with two small accent pillows, and I'll probably add a couple more just for decoration. A few quick observations: Size/Fit: Perfect for my medium-sized living room. Comfort: Medium firmness with comfortable support throughout. Seat Depth: Excellent, especially for taller adults. Padding: Plenty of cushioning. The back is slightly slimmer than some sofas but still very comfortable. Cleaning: Easy to vacuum or wipe clean. Pet Friendly: The black fabric hides pet hair surprisingly well. Appearance: It honestly looks even better in person than it does in the online photos. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it. This review is based specifically on the black 86" modular sofa with ottoman, and I would definitely buy it again.

Admittedly, I was worried when I ordered this couch. Mostly because I had never ordered something like this online before, and you take quite a risk ordering this sort of thing online, because you don't get to sit on it in a showroom somewhere and really determine ahead of purchase that it is a product you really think you will be happy with. But overall, I'm very happy with it so far. This product came in two separate boxes (I only bought the two piece loveseat) on two separate days. Though I only got the loveseat technically, it really is long enough that I can lay down on it comfortably, making it more of a slightly smaller couch, really. It's the perfect size for where I wanted to put it, and the appearance and the feel of the couch get five stars! I only have one issue with the design/manufacture. Once I started putting it together (which was nowhere near as difficult as I thought it would be, based on other reviews), I realized that the Velcro strips on the back panels of the couch line up with the Velcro strips on the backs of the back seat cushions in such a way that the cushions have to stand straight up, which admittedly does look a little odd. In other words, the cushions can't really lay or lean back at all or the Velcro strips don't line up. It's probably not a real problem, and I could just function without them being Velcroed to the back of the couch without issue. But, I would've thought they would have lined up better, personally. If I could suggest a fix to the manufacturer, I would suggest just sewing on a wider strip of the softer portion of the Velcro to the back of the cushions instead (not the rougher piece that's on the back panel), perhaps double the width of the current strip. That would allow the purchaser/user a little bit of leeway in how they want their cushions attached, sitting higher and more upright, or sitting a little lower and more "relaxed/natural". It's not enough of an issue that I would reduce a star or anything though, and otherwise, the couch seems of good quality and comfort. Also, when I was putting it together, I had noticed that half of the legs had a felt pad on the bottom of the feet, and half didn't. After I contacted the seller and sent them a photo of what I was talking about, they had new adhesive felt pads sent to me quickly (which I received within just a couple of days). So, I have to commend the seller on their responsiveness and willingness to rectify the problem quickly and satisfactorily. Again, not an issue worthy of reducing a star or anything, especially with how easy it was to have corrected. So overall, I'm very happy with this couch and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Overall I’d give this couch about a 3–3.5 out of 5. It looks much better than it feels. The color is beautiful, the size is great, shipping was fast, and assembly was easy. However, comfort is the most important factor for me when buying a couch, and this is where it falls short. The seat cushions are fine and I’d describe them as medium firm, but the back cushions are underfilled, sit very upright, and leave noticeable gaps between them. They also attach with Velcro, which is convenient, but the Velcro is positioned fairly low on the back of the couch. Because of this, the pillows tend to tilt downward instead of naturally leaning back with your body like most couch cushions. To make them more comfortable, I found myself having to detach the Velcro, which defeats the purpose in my opinion. The couch itself is very long, and two people can easily stretch out across it. My family of five can all sit on it comfortably from a space standpoint. Unfortunately, comfort is a different story. Even with the ottoman, I don’t find it particularly comfortable for movie nights or long periods of lounging. Without the ottoman, I think most people who enjoy curling up on the couch would find it too shallow. It’s more of a couch you sit on while chatting with guests than a couch you sink into with the family for a movie marathon. For reference, I’d choose my old stained, worn out couch over this one purely based on comfort. Coming from a very deep, soft couch, this one was a bit of a shock. If you’re buying primarily for appearance, this couch looks great and is a good value for the price. If comfort is your top priority, I’d keep shopping or increase your budget. I don’t regret purchasing it, but I personally wouldn’t buy it again. Will come back after using it for a while and update 😜

I did extensive research on affordable couches, took me forever to make a decision and finally decided on this one, assembling took one hour and did it by myself, it’s very comfortable and looks absolutely great for the price I am very impressed. All covers are removable and washable, my only small critique would be the back cushions, they are on the the thin side, and the feet of the couch are made of plastic (seems strong but we’ll see). Cushions are very comfortable after only few hours I’m sure they’ll get even better after 24hr. Overall you can’t beat that for the price.
