Hat is hot pink, not rose red or any kind of red. It's always hard to tell by a picture when it comes to colors, but this shouldn't even have red in the description. It's Barbie pink! Other than the color, it's a very thin material so it would dry quickly if it gets wet. Pony tail spots seemed okay, but I'll be returning bc I need a red one.

This hat is super cute - I've never been a hat girl, but I want to be and this was a great find- the very top ponytail slit is too high for my preference, and it doesn't look weird if you wear your ponytail in the lower hole (in my opinion). This hat is not too boxy and it's very lightweight. Get it!
