I got this for my son to use in case he can’t make it to the gym or just wants to get a quick workout at home til he gets to the gym later. This is a really sturdy bench and it was easy to assemble. Everything about it is great except for one thing: storing it isn’t exactly quick and easy.     • A sturdy budget bench that works great
So far, I really like this workout bench. Let's start with assembly...it came with real instructions, with clear diagrams that were actually correct. Assembly was pretty easy, and it comes with all the tools needed. in use, it's plenty stable, even when using it on carpet. The feet are wide enough that I never feel like its' going to tip over. The back is pretty sturdy even under hard use. While I was initially skeptical of the tilt mechanism and latching (there isn't really a latch at all), it works well and i've had no trouble with it shifting on me while in use. Basically, it works great and doesn't have any durability issues so far. The only downside (and it's a minor one) is that folding situation. Folding it up requires removing multiple pins for the legs to collapse and the bench to fold. It works fine, but it's a bit cumbersome compared to some other models I've seen with spring-loaded latches. So, I really think this bench is best left out. If you need to fold it it will of course fold, but I certainly wouldn't want to do it every day. Maybe once a week would be fine. I'll still give it 5 stars though. it works great, is durable enough, very stable, and priced well. ... show more

It’s perfect for everyone, from beginners to more experienced fitness fans. Plus, it's super easy to fold and store—just unplug 3 pins, and you can move it to the corner with the handy straps. It saves up to 80% of space! The alloy steel frame supports up to 660 lbs and has adjustable non-slip covers to keep it stable on uneven surfaces. The PU leather backrest and cushion, along with foam on the leg extension, make for a comfy and safe workout. Assembly was not a problem, and there are even videos to show you how to use it. Bench was very nice to assemble. I don't think I have ever put together anything as organized as this. The parts were all separated in bags with a number that corresponded to the assembly step. That made this super easy to assemble and put into action. The bench has many positions for the incline and is very sturdy. I didn't buy the incline bench that came with my work out machine, so I got this one instead and I am very pleased.
