I’ve been using these for months and months now. I’m shocked to see reviews saying theirs went flat. I bought two for myself and can barely use one at a time when I’m ready to settle down and sleep. They’re great for my lower back to my shoulders. It’s super soft and I can just feel it molding to me. My head and neck do sweat with it and I have to keep flipping it for the cooler side. I ordered these for use on the couch. As mentioned by other reviewers, the outer packaging was nasty - so much so that I put them out on the porch for fear of bugs. After closely inspecting the package, I realized it was just schmutz, lol, and that there were no legs, or anything moving . The pillows were packaged in plastic anyway, so I think they would have been safe regardless. They puffed up beautifully once they were out of the plastic, and they didn't have any odors that some others mentioned. They are a staple for watching TV, and they are really soft and comfortable. They are pretty squishy so you can mold them anyway you want, but they always go back to shape. The covering is a bit slippery, so pillow cases slide off fairly regularly, but that's not a big deal on the couch! I like them a lot and I'll be ordering more for our beds. You can't beat the price, and they are much better than the ones they replaced. ... show more
