These phones are gorgeous and work amazingly! The customer service is also beyond wonderful. The phone is rotary style but still uses DTMF to make calls so you it works perfect with the Excelltel SOHO-PBX SP-208 if you want to make your own intercom system within the house. This phone was exceptionally easy to install! It's well made with heavy wood. Volume control is excellent. The cord is cloth, the rotary dial actually works well and sounds like a touch-tone when used. The grandkids loved calling their own phones from it, learning how it actually worked. It's an absolutely beautiful addition to our home, HIGHLY recommend it! The seller kept in touch from purchase, to it's delivery, which was fast.

This is a quality telephone. I have owned one for a year as my sole source of communication (I have no cell phone) and I am delighted with its durability and features: generous cord length which allows one to sit and use it anywhere in the room, and it is made of cloth; pleasant traditional ring tone which also shuts off easily if one does not want to be disturbed; the wood is substantial and beautiful. Finally, and most importantly, they stand behind their product. I recently encountered an operational issue which the company corrected even after a year. I highly recommend it over others (less expensive is not always the safest choice in my humble opinion, you get what you pay for). Thank you.

I got this for my dad for Christmas. I was nervous if it would actually work. He loved it and was so excited to set it up. (He only has a landline and a prepaid cell phone for emergencies.) He uses this phone everyday as his main phone. He loves it. It works great!
