I ordered two of these and they sent me two different rugs. In the first two pictures is the wrong rug. The other pictures are what it's supposed to look like. So I wanted to exchange the one that wasn't right and they sent me another one the was wrong like the first two pictures. Back it's going two rugs. Im keeping the correct one. I'm not attempting to do another exchange. I will say the correct rug is nicer. It's soft and more cushion. Plus it's fuller. The wrong ones the color was off the trim was not black and it was thin. You could see threw it the bottom side. So just beware if you order to check it out. If I didn't need a throw rug for that area of my living room I'd return the correct one but whomever built my home put the door to the crawl space in living room so gotta have a rug there. The price isn't bad either. I noticed some people saying about cleaning it. I did use my handheld vacuum instead of the regular one. It would suck it up. I don't think I'd wash it just spot clean.

The softness is as described by others. It is a beautiful white and fluffy. But even after reading all the reviews I didn’t realize how thin it would be. I think would need a thick rug mat for me to keep, because the feel of the hard floor through it is not comfy at all.

Bought this for my granddaughter’s room at my house. This rug is so soft and silky. It vacuums like a dream with my Dyson. It doesn’t lift or pull, and the rug doesn’t shed. It’s a little slippery on the hardwood floor underneath, but I used carpet sticky tape, and all is good.
