The curtains are as advertised. The color is spot on. The material feels like suede and they have a quality feel to them. They aren’t too heavy and they are definitely not flimsy. The length is true to measurement. They are double hemmed so that you can have the ruffle effect on top or you can run your rod through the very top hem if you’re not a fan of the ruffle top. Very few wrinkles that dissapeared in the dryer, yay! They hang well with clips and keep the pleated look at the top. I'll buy them for another room as well! Blackout capability is superb!

The drapes are very elegant looking. The velvet is soft. Be aware that these are not lined. The fabric is the velvet only so they aren't super thick. But they hang beautifully. I got these to cover a large window and to keep the cold out. They do just that. They were a little wrinkled but after I hung them the wrinkles came out on their own. They are a good value as you get two panels. Some curtains come individually and you have to order two. I love the sage green color. It's hard to tell in the pic, but it's a soft, beautiful shade. We just moved into a new house so when looking for curtains I found velvet. I love velvet but never thought to use this material for curtains. I bought the color Latte for an office and I didn't like it so much. It blocks out light to an extent but sunlight behind the fabric causes it to look worse actually when closed. The window is fairly large. I then decided to buy some in the Golden brown color for a smaller bedroom window and the color is beautiful. The fabric on all curtains are fairly light, but I suggest using a secure curtain rod for these. Also, they do come wrinkled so will need to be ironed/steamed. Whatever is most safe for the fabric. I will be using velvet for all our curtains now, so I highly recommend this product! ... show more

I bought these in the caramel brown. I really liked the color in the picture but I would say they are more of a caramel pumpkin color way more orange then brown. They are still very well made and very pretty curtains. I may send them back just because of the color. I put them up and really like them but they are not the color I was looking for. ... show more
