I've been using this product for years! My only complaint is that in the past couple years, sometimes the outer tray doesn't release after applying it. This didn't use to happen, so it must be a QC problem. When that happens, I simply leave the green tray in for the duration. Not the most comfortable, but I'm not about to waste the treatment! It's not exactly cheap, but the results are very impressive. I leave the 15% in for 30 minutes, but you should let your gums tell how long is comfortable for you. I find as the days go by, my gums become more sensitive to the hydrogen peroxide, but never too bad. ... show more
