This packs a lot of power in whitening. That being said - be careful. If you ever want to chew your food again and not live on liquids, or resort to foods that can only be consumed through a straw at room temperature, use this sparingly. I really like the quickness of the process but beware, this speed comes at a cost. Use only for 5 minutes the first time. Second time, ten minutes. I went all in and did it for 15 minutes and did I regret it. I felt like my teeth were going to fall out. I couldn’t even chew gum or sleep with the throbbing pain. It stings and I am tough. 10 minutes max and you should be okay. It’s amazing and really works fast. You don’t need a lot of time so don’t exceed the recommended amount of time on your teeth.

This product can whiten your teeth pretty quickly. I was able to do about eight half-hour sessions in a few days and see a significant change. Be careful not to get this product on your gums because it will burn…ask me how I know
