The perfect accouterment for the strategic location. It relieves neck stress, tension and eliminates the need for a throw or shawl for a senior citizen like me!...easy install and simple to understand the use, of the remote control... however I ordered the mirror finish but believe I was sent the black, which is just as reflective but not as mirror-like bright!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The reason I gave this fireplace 2 stars is because only half of the fireplace works. As you can see in the video only one side (right) has flames. I’d understand why the other side isn’t functioning properly as advertised. Clearly the item I received is defective and I am highly disappointed because I was so excited for this electric fireplace. I’ve tried turning it off and back on heat on heat off changes colors ect. Still only one said has flames which takes away from the appearance of an electric fireplace that I was hoping for instead I have an led heater with half a flame that I will probably end up returning. Waste of time and money smh. Had it worked properly as advertised I would’ve gave it a better rating. Update: received replacement fireplace and this new one works and functions properly. Led fire screen heat and all. ... show more
