Installation was quick and easy, the heat output is great and it's quietI,I really like this changeable flame and flame bed colors, especially the automatic flame design, it makes my home look stylish and beautiful, and the mirror design of the fireplace is also very attractive to me.The remote is very easy to use, but you can flip the switch on the unit and turn it off. If you turn it right back on, the beautiful colors will turn on, but the blower stays off, so you can still enjoy the aesthetics of the fireplace without the heat.With all the color options, I can change the color of the fireplace to match the season, holiday, or my mood. The media could not be loaded. I’ve done that replacement in 2 days by myself extended the electric power outlet to inside of old real fire fireplace and adjusted size with some wood because the glass fireplace measures were a little different. I loved the style and final result good product.

My husband installed the fireplace onto the wall (he built a feaux wall). Plugged it in for the first time- flames don't work. Motor is not coming on. It's been sitting in the box, unopened since it arrived in 12/22 and it doesn't work. Waste of money. Should've tested it as soon as we got it. We're out $180 and an electric fireplace. ... show more

The mirror effect makes it look gorgeous and so elegant! The color change for the flames as well as the lava rocks are perfect for any color scheme in your home! It was packaged extremely well so if the delivery service drops it the fireplace is safe! The wide range of temp choices makes it perfect to fit any home temp that any family is comfortable with as well as the time setting for how long you want it to run in case you decide to catch a nap!
