The media could not be loaded. I don’t think I would consider installing a camera system that not at least 4K. With the 4k resolution you really start to have the ability to read license plates from a reasonable distance. I have been using this system for a few weeks now and its pretty good. The image quality of the 4K cameras is outstanding. I can zoom in and see every detail. Its not all about pixels though. These cameras have good contrast, accurate color reproduction and they handle bright spots and dark areas really well. The audio from the cameras is very sensitive. Conversations are clear from about 25ft and beyond that you can tell if someone is laughing or yelling. I found the monitoring and playback software to be of high quality and full of features. Its easy to figure out and works well. Everything in the box is well packed and good quality. The system came with 6 cameras and six 60ft cat5 cables. The cables were soft and easy to run. They didn’t have any spring action like some low quality bad plastic cables. The night vision mode looks good. The illuminators on the camera light things up that are 40-50ft away. I was surprised that the human detection worked so well. It detected a friend coming over at night but did not detect a deer that was on our porch the next morning. I set the recorder to always record but on the playback time line bar it will still show you movement and human detection events. This feature is a real time saver when you are searching for some action. It great because at a glance you can easily see where something is happening in the video stream. Having two USB ports is super handy. I just leave a flash drive in the USB3 port and plug the mouse into the USB2 port. The mouse that comes in the box works ok but you may want to spend $5 on something a bit sturdier. Having an audio out connector is very handy. I use an external speaker with a volume control and I can tell what song my delivery person is humming. I used a few of the new cameras that came with this system on a system I bought last year. I scheduled about an hour so I would have time to make the older system recognize the new cameras. To my pleasant surprise they were totally plug and play. In less then 5 min I had the new cameras working. I use a camera to monitor tenants who are coming through a security door. These new cameras are much better at dealing with the glare on the glass door. I am not sure how it does that but I like it!! (update) I have had this system now for over a month and all is going well. I have had the need to ask the manufacturer a few questions and my experience with customer service was very positive. They are easy to contact and answered my questions quickly and with accurate and professional answers. I am still quite happy with this item.

Really great and fully functional cameras. Clear view and color, can link to mobile app or Mac app. The app system is easy to use and comes with 12 days playback. Totally worth for this price!! Would choose again in the future.

Overall a very functional and decent system for a little peace of mind. The 1080p cameras actually looked better than was expected. Night vision is as good as one can ask for. It will do the job just fine at night. Motion detection works quite well. Although for some reason occasionally it will pick up nonexistent things. The setup process was not bad at all. Just one afternoon to hook up the cameras and adjust the angles. Setup on a monitor and link on the phone were also quick and easy. The design of the cameras leaves a little to be desired. I would've liked if the base of the cameras could hide the connecting wires, but there's not enough room. So as it stands, the cameras have to be installed with the connecting wires sticking out Another hiccup was that one of the cameras was nonfunctional right out of the box. It powers up but does not show any image. This raises some questions in terms of quality and longevity. Fortunately, tech support was very helpful. Replaced the broken camera with a new one in a week. Again, overall, for the price paid, it's what's expected.

The camera is nice. Tried it before starting to dig some holes on the walls and ceiling. The camera works fine on the monitor. Added device on mobile apps, but the camera stays offline and can not watch it on phone. It says not compatible with 5G. I am returning it.

Besides cameras being a great product with great picture, the customer service is great. Amy was awesome, helped me set up the app because was having issues and also put in request to replace one of the cameras that was not working. Just great!

Great cameras to install, just 1 Ethernet cable to each camera. Easy set up, and great friendly customer service if you have any issues! Can use the app for easy remote viewing of cameras, lots of options for all types of use!
