Overall, experience has been fantastic. Day 1: Didn’t take 1st Day pack with breakfast. Immediately passed most of it in my first trip to the bathroom. Still could feel an uptick of energy & focus. Night pack had immediate positive impact on sleep. It gave me TylenolPM depth of sleep with little grogginess the next morning. Came out of the fog very quickly. Day 2: Took day pack with breakfast around 9am & felt it. High energy and focus levels all day. No 3pm dip in energy. Started to feel the come down shortly after 5pm. Night pack felt the same. 20 minutes in I feel my brain and body calm. By the time I get to bed an hour later, it’s an easy sleep. Normally wake up multiple times in the middle of the night but not the last 2 nights. Rest of week: Day: Mental alertness, clarity generally much stronger for longer periods of time. Light tingling in tops of knees after a few days of packs that I interpret as a positive sign. Sometimes have knee pain in my joints where the tingling happens & I haven’t had the joint pain since taking the packs, even after stepping up the duration/intensity of runs and HIIT workouts. Only negative is the intestinal gas. I assume it’s from the krill oil because a few forced burps help relieve it with a slight fish taste. Night packs: Continued sleep through the night - no more waking up multiple times. Still a little foggy upon waking up but it quickly dissipates once up and moving around. And completely gone after my first Yerba mate tea in the morning. Looking forward to continuing to evaluate. I’ll probably take a 48 hour break in between my first and 2nd months to “detox” and reset my baseline. Overall, I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a daily supplement to help improve energy and alertness through both better sleep and better nutrients. Only hesitation is that it’s a LOT of ingredients and anyone with a sensitive stomach might need to space out the pills or make sure to get plenty of food before taking.

I’ve been a daily consumer of many different types of vitamins and used various nootropics for a while. I was intrigued by the product from a cost-save perspective since it Includes a lot of core nutrition I aim to supplement. I’ve been using the product for a week now, and I’m not sure if I can say this is worth the cost. The day pack gets you kicked off strong, but my energy levels tend to drop 6hrs in the day. I felt longer and sustainable levels of energy with my personal supplement stack I put together. With that being said, I am a fan of the night pack. You get much better sleep and wake feeling more rested than typical. As a product, I’d consider just buying the night pack standalone. I’ll finish out this month and provide a better update, if I remember lol.
