    • Really nice, but is NOT WML compatible.
I'm giving this a 5-star review with one condition - only for those who do NOT have a WML. For general purpose quick-access use cases, this is a really nice locking system. I wouldn't call it a safe, only because the gun itself is openly exposed. This doesn't mean that it is accessible, just exposed literally by design. That being said, the rapid deployment is quick and easy. I personally chose not to use the fingerprint scanner for two primary reasons. First, I don't trust fingerprint scanners to be reliable. Second, the fingerprint release may pose the potential to cause an accidental discharge. Reason for this, for me, is due to holsters that have the index finger release mechanism. Will training help with this? Absolutely! And with any piece of equipment related to a firearm, PLEASE TRAIN WITH IT REGULARLY! With that being said, I think this is a great value for what it is and how it functions. It feels very solid and, relatively speaking, safe. It's a good size and the code buttons are easily accessible. I don't have a red dot, but from what I can tell and have seen, it is fairly red dot compatible. It will not take a gun that has a light/WML. Which for me is a feature I would hope they come out with later on. I'm also using a full-size G17 (I know, boring) and it fits fine. I will say that I think that a longer barreled gun may not work for this such as the G17L or G34. Overall, happy with this as a bedside or desk lock. ... show more

    • Safe and secure safe with many options
First and foremost, this safe will fit every handgun I own (list to come), and will not depress the trigger. I pushed, pulled, twisted, and rocked. I tried every combination of things including shaking the thing. No issues at all. I'm contemplating a location in my vehicle and need it to handle off-road adventures. Might just work. Why 4 stars? The mag holders feel a bit weak. Don't really seat a 10mm mag, and they need to have more support for skinnier guns, ie micros. They're secure,but the wiggle. Ok, here's that list: Shield Plus, Mossberg MC2SC, LCP ll, Taurus TX, CZ P07, CZ P10c with comp, Smith M&P 2.0 compact, Springfield Echelon 4.5 and 4.0, and Springfield XDM Elite 10mm. ... show more

I’ve been extremely impressed with the ONNAIS Biometric Pistol Gun Safe. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the fingerprint scanner works fast and consistently. It opens almost instantly, which is exactly what you want for quick access while still keeping things secure. The build quality feels solid and well-made, not flimsy like some other compact safes. It fits perfectly in my vehicle’s center console and also works great as a bedside safe. The size is ideal for a handgun while still being compact enough to stay out of the way. I really like having multiple access options (biometric, PIN, and key backup), which adds peace of mind. This is a great gun safe! You can mount it in your car our in your house. There is 3 ways to unlock the gun. This can store 30 finger prints! The instructions for setting the finger prints recognition and the code to open the safe are super easy to understand and use. Great compact size. portable size for mounting in many places. I would recommend this for any gun enthusiast. The only thing I found is if you have a laser sight on your gun it doesn't work with that on the gun. ( At least with our gun) the functionality of the fingerprint recognition amazing. The size amazing, the ease of use amazing, functionality perfect this is a must-have.. ... show more

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one’s worth it. I’m a firearms instructor and I’ve bought around five safes from this company over time. Reliability is everything for me, and these have been consistent across the board! quick keypad response, easy programming, and no issues with the lock engaging. What stands out most is the value. I’ve used safes from much more expensive brands, and honestly, this gives you a lot of the same core features, without the price tag. Solid build, dependable lock, and straightforward to use. This is the kind of safe I feel comfortable recommending to my students because they can actually afford it and it's great quality.
