Initially had problem getting it to work then our son found a second power switch under neath the joy stick as well as the one on the top. Now works great although the joy stick is very sensitive I suggest that you take a moment to practice with the joy stick. This wheelchair arrived today with the battery split open and the left bracket for the front wheel welded on incorrectly. We have spent an hour and a half on the phone with Amazon explaining to them that at 84 &85 we are not able to put the wheelchair back in the tall box it came in completely and securely packed as it arrived to us 2 hours ago. They are demanding that we wait 48 hours for the seller to decied if they are going to take it back and refund our money $739.00, paid for their broken machine. 18 months ago we bought the same wheelchair for $851.00 and 2 weeks ago the electronics went out. We liked the way the machine functioned and ran right up to the minute it wouldn't. We bought it because it weighted 33 pounds and I could get it in and out of the car by myself. But obviously buying it again or trying to get any help from Amazon with returning it was a BIG mistake. So we now have $1590.00 invested in products that don't function. Easy to put together. But couldn’t find the switch to change to Manuel use. Connected manufacturers who provided prompt and guidance how to find the switch. It works great. Only problem is the foot rest. My husband is tall. Even on the lowest setting his knees almost tough the controller. We manage and my husband enjoys being able to get out and talk with neighbors. ... show more

My only complaint would be, "Why is BLACK the only available color?" This folds easily, and my husband has no problem putting it in the back seat of our pickup truck.

The front wheel has fallen off … the support around it has broken off and the wheel is unusable . I tried using a metal zip tie to fix it so I can use it and it doesn’t work. So it’s a useless hunk of metal now.

How to Compare? Unfortunately we have been looking at products that are 3 times the price and they are far superior, but if all you can afford is in this price range, it may be ok. It seemed heavy, buy when weighed it came very close to the advertised price. There are a few things that could use some improvement, such as the battery attachment. Removal requires removing a threaded bolt and an electrical plug. Somewhat awkward and the possibility of cross threading. Fabric handles used to lift chair need padding. I cannot see anyone carrying this for length. The brake brackets are a bit flimsy, they bend easily and brakes are not easy to reach while sitting. Operation is fairly smooth and it is one of the few that offer free shipping if returned. ... show more

Very happy with my chair. Love the features. Has allot of power and takes me over my lawn with no problem. Love how small it folds and can wheel through a cabin door on a cruise ship folded. Nice and light weight and very comfortable.
