Not like every other shampoo/conditioning system. I think that’s where the bad reviews are coming from: people aren’t reading the instructions. Shampoo is great jelly like consistency. Def need 2 washes. Lathers beautifully. Def rinse all the way. Conditioner is also great but you use way less so I wish it was available separately. It is not a standard conditioner. It is a LEAVE IN conditioner. You do not rinse it out. Maybe the people complaining about dryness are rinsing it out. My hair is incredibly soft, and I’m on my 3rd wash cycle. My husband uses it every day. His hair is also very soft. We have both noticed less hair shedding, softer, more manageable hair. I’m sure it sounds insane, but I swear my pony tail feels fuller. Maybe bc of the less shedding? Scent is fine. Bottles do look cheap AF but that’s on their branding/marketing team to figure out. The caps are extremely useful and thoughtful. I live in a dry climate, I’ve experienced no extra greasy residue. Will continue using. And will probably purchase again.

I have purchased this product many times already, and I keep coming back to it because it truly works for my hair. I use it all the time, and it has become an essential part of my hair care routine. One of the biggest reasons I love this shampoo and conditioner set is because it really helped me during my postpartum period. After having my baby, I experienced a lot of hair shedding, and this product made a noticeable difference. My hair feels stronger, healthier, and much less fragile since I started using it consistently. It also leaves my hair soft, shiny, and smelling amazing after every wash. I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with hair loss or thinning hair, especially postpartum moms. Definitely worth buying again and again!

I tried the NATURAL SANT Biotin Onion and Rosemary Shampoo and Treatment hoping it would help strengthen my hair and support hair growth. Unfortunately, it did not work well for my hair type. Every time I used it, my hair felt very hard and stiff when I applied the product, and it was difficult to manage. I like the idea of the natural ingredients like onion, rosemary, and biotin, and the scent is herbal and pleasant. However, I did not notice the softness or smoothness I expected. This product may work better for other hair types, but in my case it left my hair feeling dry and hard.

The shampoo has a jelly-like consistency; it doesn't lather much, but it leaves your hair clean and smelling great. I've noticed that since I started washing my hair with this product, I don't lose as much hair, and it's actually growing. I really liked it.

I honestly don’t write any reviews but for this shampoo I had to! I was at the point where every time I washed my hair and looked in the mirror I would cry because of how bold I was going around the temple area of my hair. I just want to say, GET THIS SHAMPOO if you want to grow your hair. My hair is the silkiest it’s ever been, after damaging it for so many years. It is growing super fast and super healthy! God bless the hands of whoever makes this shampoo! Now when I see someone struggling with hair fallout, I can’t help myself but to recommend them this shampoo combo! I’ve been using this shampoo for about two months now. I have dry, dyed hair with frizz, and I originally bought this because I went through a surgery that caused significant hair loss. I was honestly desperate at that point, and while this shampoo is not a miracle product, it did help more than I expected. What I liked the most is that I noticed less hair fall and more shine fairly early on. My hair felt stronger overall, and the excessive shedding I was experiencing started to slow down, which is the main reason I’ve continued using it. It doesn’t smell like onion at all, which I really appreciate, and it feels gentle enough to use several times a week (I use it about 3 or 4 times weekly). That said, I didn’t give it 5 stars because it doesn’t clean deeply for my hair type. My scalp tends to look greasy faster when I use it, and my hair doesn’t stay clean for very long. This might work better for very dry scalps, but if you need a deep cleanse, this may fall short. Another confusing point is the conditioner when you read the instructions, it’s more of a leave in than a traditional rinse out conditioner, which isn’t very clear and can be frustrating. Overall, this shampoo helped me during a difficult period of hair loss, and for that I’m grateful. Hair growth takes time and patience, and this product supported that process, but it’s not perfect. I’ll keep using it for strengthening benefits, just not as my only shampoo.

I don’t hate it, but it’s odd. Smells nice. Conditioner is fine, but the shampoo is a very thick clumpy gel. My hair feels soft but it’s also super flat and limp. Been using it about 2 weeks.

I can’t give this a 5 star because I just started using it. However I gotta admit it does leave your hair feeling thicker BUT unfortunately dry. At least for my type of hair. I have smooth thin hair and this made it feel thicker but also a bit rough. I didn’t try their conditioner only because I use another one that I love. (Left it on the pics incase you girlies wanna try it) The hair is left so smoothly. But even with this shampoo it was a bit difficult to get my hair to feel soft. I will continue to use it and see how it goes on the second wash. The scent is actually pretty nice you would think it smells like onion but it doesn’t have any smell close to that. It is jelly like texture and a little goes a long way. I also want to add that the conditioner bottle came with a damaged top that won’t close. Good thing is that there is a plastic cap inside that prevents it from spilling. It’s on both bottles.
