Description
Will this fit my truck (year/make/model/bed length)? Please confirm your **year, make, model, bed length (short/standard/long)** and any special bed features (bed rail system, multi-function tailgate). This cover only fits the exact bed size listed on the product page. Is installation hard? Do I need drilling? Installation is typically **1–2 hours**. Most setups use **clamps** (no drilling). We recommend **2 people** because the canister is heavy and easier to align. How is it powered, and what happens if the motor/battery dies? It connects to the truck’s **12V power** with **fuse protection**. If the truck battery is disconnected or power is unavailable, the cover includes a **manual override / emergency release** to operate it. Is it waterproof? Will my bed stay dry? Yes. It’s built for all-weather protection with tight seals and integrated drains to keep water out and keep your cargo dry and protected. Is it lockable and secure against theft? Yes—when fully closed it **locks**, and security is best when used with a **locked tailgate**. It helps deter theft.
