I spend a long time looking at a variety of electric fireplace units before going with this one. It checked every box when I bought it and has not disappointed. Easy to install (wall mount). Can be done solo but two person is best as it isn't light. The fire image and lighting is great with all the different options. We like the basic setting but if you want to spice it up with different colors they all work well. Loved the logs but you can go with the crystal look if you want. I think the logs look fantastic which a lot of the cheaper models do not have. The heating is great and has worked well. This Oneinmil electric fireplace is beautiful! I did a lot of research before choosing this one bc I wanted to have the flames and rock bed different colors at the same time, with separate controls for each. This one has that! It also doesn’t make too much noise, puts out decent heat (great heat if you install it low enough), and has the automatic light cycles for the flame, the rock bed (or wood, whichever you decide to use, it comes with both), or both. I couldn’t be more delighted. I contacted the seller (Aclumsy) about a concern I had and received amazing customer service, too! It didn’t really seem like that big of a deal but they sent a replacement immediately! I’m so glad I chose this one! In the photo you can see I chose the rocks and set the wood piece on top until I decide where it’s going to live when it’s not in use. I also really loved the easy installation! You put the metal piece on the wall where you want it and hang the fireplace on that. So easy! ... show more

It came packaged well and on time. It has a very nice and adjustable flame. It does heat my front room. It is big, the picture does not do it justice. It requires assembly and the directions could be better. The remote icons are not intuitive but OK once you know them; use the manual to figure them out. The temperature sensor is not accurate. It have the heater set to 80 F degrees and room temp is 75. Overall it works and is nice looking doing it. ... show more

This simulated fireplace has added an amazing ambience to my master bedroom. With multiple colors and combinations, you can change the mood with a simple push of a button on the remote. I must also say that I am really impressed with the customer service. Even after the warranty had past, customer service was able to assist me by replacing a remote (which was my error) free of charge. Now that's service for you! My experience with customer service was very pleasant, they responded quickly and very cordial, always looking to solve the problem, I give them 5 stars for that, about the fireplace (50 inch) it depends on what each person is looking for, the product is good but according to the price, if you are looking for a lot of quality it is logical that a fireplace of 600 or 700 dollars at least would be better for you, the glass and the external quality look very good, the flame as I said is good for the price, just remember that this product is sent directly by the seller and returning it is somewhat complicated if it is not because of a product failure, if you are not so picky you can go for this one if you want a quality with very deep blacks and a very strong red, maybe you should consider spending 3 or 4 times more for better quality. ... show more
