Amazin Customer service! : We got wrong fireplace insert . And they replaced it with new one in just 4 days. I see very few sellers on Amazon who really care about customer service after sell . But this seller so care about service very well. Now if we talk about product it is good . I can not say excellent. Because cabinet quality I didn’t found that good. On the edges of the cabinet has decoloration . Also it is not solid white which I was expecting. Kind a bit dull white . While the Fireplace insert is solid white so visibly I can see the difference in between 2 different whites. Also the doors are bit polished. But not the whole cabinet. So in look it make minor difference in day time. Otherwise for $260 I would say this is fair buy . ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I looked at all my options on different tv stands and choose this one I loved it the only thing is it did come with some damages so be aware and they won’t allow you to return it also is extremely heavy. Shipment does come in 2 boxes. Sturdiness is great. Performance is beautiful. I got it at a good price. The white color is beautiful. Last but not least I also place a 75 inch Tv on it and it’s holding up well so far!!! ... show more

    • Poor quality
The overall structure is very shaky and unstable and needs extra support. Assembly is straightforward but the edges end up being uneven with gaps. Also when you order the fireplace, there are no pilot holes for the screws.

If you’re looking for an all white high gloss look this isn’t it. The mdf is more of an off white & doesn’t match the glass. The fireplace it self is nice & you can turn off the heater itself.
