The media could not be loaded. For starters, the customer service is amazing. My product was delivered to the wrong address and they sent me another fireplace stand asap. The product looks great, is sturdy, easy to assemble and IMO looks great. The heater works well. It won't heat up a large room but works to keep the chill away while watching TV. Easy to put together. Arrive with just the finish rubbed off on one leg. Was not a big deal. Decent heat output, flame looks pretty good. Only thing I wished it came with with black plastic hole covers for the holes in the back panels.

Bought this for my son and he loves it! He said it was easy to put together and it runs great. He has a small 1-bedroom apartment and it heats up the area in no time. I love this console as a piece of furniture. It seems quite sturdy. It was relatively easy to assemble though. It does take about 2 1/2 hours. The fireplace insert fits perfectly. My only downside is I wish the faux grate had more color variation from the faux logs.

Actually shocked, was thinking this would work for a house flip to give it some nice accents. But it actually is a decent unit. Heater works well enough and the fire has a good random system to it. Only gripe would be packaging. Would be nice to label boxes 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 since my boxes did not arrive together. Amazing quality for the price. The fireplace is beautiful. The two of us put it together in around 1.5/2 hrs, super easy ( like building legos). We have a 55” tv and it fits perfectly!

The media could not be loaded. I love this new fireplace tv stand. However the only reason I gave it 4 🌟 instead of 5, is due to the delivery problems and the installation of the fireplace. The stand was relatively easy to put together which I did by myself but when I got to the actual fireplace the instructions were a little confusing but I figured it out. The delivery was a nightmare but I don't blame the seller. It was the delivery company. Also when I contacted the seller they were prompt with a response and solution which I absolutely appreciate. I haven't decorated yet but so far its beautiful the way it is..😊 ... show more
