So I’ve had this fireplace for about 6 months now. I can confidently say it’s a real quality piece of equipment. I did have an issue with my first unit and even though I was out of the return window, the seller stood by their product. My original fireplace insert started clicking and after contacting the seller I was promptly sent a replacement for which I was grateful. Assembly can be a bit tedious as there are quite a few parts, however it is very straightforward. The instructions are clear, and everything is labeled correctly. My advice is to assemble it by laying out as many pieces in the open as possible. All of the pieces fit together correctly and all applicable hardware was included along with a few extra odds and ends. It came in two separate boxes and for the size of this thing, I’d say shipping was pretty quick. The final product I feel is beautiful. I get absolutely hypnotized by the flames in the insert, it is one of the most realistic artificial fireplaces I’ve seen yet. The heater works well and the remote is snappy and responsive. Temperature and brightness are easily adjusted and if you so choose, you even have different light color options for the flames and the cubbies There are really only a couple things that I didn’t like. First being that the veneer on it looks pretty artificial (They tried). It’s just super smooth and doesn’t look like wood to me. Second, one of my drawers were crooked and it wasn’t due to my install, it’s just how it went together. I couldn’t count the clicking insert because mine may have just been a fluke but I found it worth mentioning. For mine, what I found really makes it stand out was adding the trim to the base of it. I found the original design looked a bit unfinished so by giving it a toe it really made it stand out (For my particular home). Overall though I highly recommend this product, for the price the value is definitely there. For something comparable you’re looking at close to $2k at a furniture store. With a bit of patience you can put this together yourself and really elevate your living space.

There was a shipping problem that caused our order to arrive a week late. The seller communicated well and provided updated shipping info so weren't waiting in the dark. Sometimes stuff happens and they handled it well so we were satisfied on that end. It comes in two very heavy boxes so have someone to help you. The boxes were really well-packed with ample Styrofoam and everything arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were very easy to follow and all parts were marked with numbered stickers. There was no missing hardware and a bag of extra parts was included, which is nice. The included tube of white glue isn't nearly enough, we used Gorilla wood glue instead. My wife and I worked together and got it assembled in a few hours! It looks great! The glass doors look great and we like the lighted cabinets on the sides. The cabinets are soft-closing and the drawer hardware operates smoothly. The fireplace heater looks great and runs virtually silent, and it heats the space well. The included remote allows you to change the flame color, intensity, and speed. Once assembled it's a sturdy piece, but it goes together like most stuff from IKEA so we will move it with care when that time comes. We priced these at furniture stores and couldn't find anything comparable for less than $1000, so we consider this a great value. Highly recommended! (Our TV in the photo is 65")

This electric fireplace tv console has made all my cozy dreams come true. I am a sucker for a fireplace and have been woefully without one for years. How I didn’t know these existed is beyond me, but I’m so glad I ran into one on display at Costco! I researched different options, and I felt this one most closely fit our vibe. It arrived a week earlier than anticipated (yay!) and came in two large boxes. My husband put it together in about three hours with minimal grumbling and no expletives. There are a lot of parts, but instructions were clear, all parts were included, and pre drilled holes were accurate. We need to work a little tightening the doors to close up the gaps, but both doors and drawers have soft latch closures and work nicely. The piece itself is beautiful. The creamy exterior combines with a brown wood top to create a really nice farmhouse feel. The middle opening could be re-thought a bit because it’s geared more towards a 90s/2000s electronic device holder than anything else. It’s a little bit shorter than our previous console, but I like looking at our television instead of up, so it works for me. I wish the lights in the shelving area didn’t match the flames, but that’s really my only gripe. The fire place itself is magical! You can set it to just light up or to light up and heat. I mostly run the light half the day. It truly tricks you into thinking you have a fireplace. It’s beautiful. The heating element is super nice. It is a soft hum when on, and it does a fairly decent job heating up our large living room. My cats are also very fond of the heat. I have zero regrets in buying this piece. My only regret is that I didn’t do it much sooner.

This tv stand/fireplace is absolutely stunning! So realistic & fluid it’s truly beautiful. The only downside is the assembly. I’m not sure how people in comments are saying it only takes a few hours to build lol, lies! This sucker literally takes 8-10 hrs & is a two man job. I looked at furniture stores before I purchased & other fireplace stands were averaging around $1,100 & now I see why because of the labor, BUT I also didn't see any as lovely as this one. If you have the time & like a day project with amazing results, then this is for you. I love the three colors changing availability also the flame setting & the heater option. The glass comes out a few inches which adds to the beauty. This was well woth the effort & I couldn't be happier with my purchase! :)

First thing is WOW ... this thing was heavy!! Which I get, mine will hold an 80" tv, has a 75" sitting on it now. As you can see there is maybe 4 to 6 inches left on stand from edge of my tv. It was delivered in two separate packages. Firebox came first. The 2nd package was the biggest, and heaviest. The box on the big one was a little banged up but packaging was so well done that it protected every single piece. No damage anywhere! Assembly took around 3-4 hours. Be sure to follow directions and not use a drill. This isn't solid wood despite its weigh and holes can get wollered out. After getting it all set up and into place we noticed one of the drawers was slightly off but it is barely visible and works fine so we have not attempted to adjust it although I am sure we coud. The fireplace has 3 different color settings and one thing to note that is not listed in description is that the interior lights in the cabinet changes color along with the fireplace and do not have a separate switch to shut them off should you decide you don't want them on. A comment from another reviewer mentioned you can bypass the lights by not hooking them up to the fireplace (thank you for that) which we hooked them up to the fireplace but didn't connect them in the cabinet encase we change our minds later. OR ... if the manufacturer decides to send us all a replacement line that has a separate switch for just the cabinet lights. THAT would be awesome (hint hint). There's not a lot in the line of instructions, however, everything has a number label on it so you know what it matches to. There were also extra parts sent along, just in case. We didn't need to use any. I love that the fireplace has sides on the front so you can see it from any pace you sit. Makes it look really nice. One thing I cannot stress enough ... be sure to wipe down the fireplace glass (both sides) BEFORE assembly ... Don't ask me how I know (bad assembly man, bad!! LOL). It does have residue on the glass. I took a photo of the shelving, which is glass. Not sure if I like that or not, I haven't decided. I will need to take care putting anything on it that is heavy or bulky as the placement we set the shelf (you can move it) is in a position that you could bang into it putting something on the shelf and chip the glass. I am going to move mine down one notch and see if that helps. The doors have the automatic closure on it that closes slowly on its own once you start to close them, I like that. The unit is pretty solid once you get it together. The only thing that is pretty weak is the back panel for the top so be careful with that until you have it all into place. *TIPS: Be sure to have some extra wood glue on hand. This will help solid it up even more. I used clear gorilla wood glue so I had no white glue showing if any seeped out anywhere. Also be careful when trying to remove the stickers used for placement. If you dig too hard trying to peel it up you might pull finish off with it. I did this but it was a very small spot which was not visible. Just want to save you the same mistake. Other than that I am totally in love with this stand and I highly recommend to those don't want to dish out solid wood price and still get an amazing looking product!

This Fireplace TV Stand is worth the effort, even if assembly takes about five hours. Why? Because the payoff is huge! The 3D log flames deliver incredible vibes—way better than a screen—and it can blast serious heat into your room. It adds so much to a townhome where a real fireplace isn’t an option. Just grab a friend for the heavy boxes. Overall, an easy 100/10 hygge score! It has added a lot to our living room, feels sturdy but of note it does use cam locks, wood pegs, and glue. Given the weight I'd definitely recommend MINIMIZING the amount of movement after assembly (like dont assemble in a different room than you plan to have it in). It is solid and very stable, but the more moving you do with it the more stress it will put on those securement devices. Storage is solid, fits all the stuff we had in our old stand with room to spare. There were extra parts in the assembly kit which was nice (snapped a cam lock over tightening and lost a screw), just wait till BOTH packages show up because not need to be there to assemble in one go.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This is a beautiful piece of furniture! Delivery was quick, both pieces arrived at the same time. Everything was packed very well. There were a couple of dings, dents and punctures in the cardboard but the product was surrounded by thick, dense Styrofoam so no damage was done to the items. Each piece was flawless, no scratches or dents, all hardware was present including extra hardware. The pictures in the directions could have been a bit bigger and a bolder font for older people that can't see as well but it was very easy to follow and very easy to put together. We took our time so we didn't make any mistakes and have to backtrack. It took us about 4.5 hours from start to finish. One thing we did modify was we drilled pilot holes for the small wood screws which made it easier to screw the screws into the material without stripping it out. All holes lined up correctly. This is a sturdy piece of furniture and well worth the money. The fireplace is very quiet and the lighting adds a nice touch. The glass doors have hinges that quietly close and pull themselves shut. Cons: Wood screw holes should be pilot drilled Wish the opening for the A/V equipment was taller. Our tallest component is 7.5" high and would not fit in the 6" shelf opening so the larger components have to sit on top of the stand which distracts from the stand's beauty. The only thing this unit did not have that other units had was a power strip with USBs mounted in the shelf area to plug components into. We added our own power strip but it would look a lot cleaner if the power strip was recessed into the shelf. Needs bigger pictures and bolder font in the directions.
