I have always had a fireplace in every house I have lived in. Fast forward to this house; no fireplace. I live in a place where no natural gas is permitted so electric baseboard heat is the norm or propane. I wanted something that looked amazing & also could double as a heat source. This product delivers on both. It is very well constructed, the color is gorgeous & exactly what I wanted & the flames are so pretty. The capacity to change color & flame "speed" is an added bonus. This fireplace was delivered in 2 very heavy boxes. It was very well packed. The directions are all pictures so if you need written directions it will be a little more difficult. This took about 3 hours to put together but well worth the time. The cupboards also light up & when I put some keepsake things in there, I know they will look really pretty. Overall I am so pleased with this purchase & would recommend it to anyone.

At first we were sent half of the wrong color and we were super upset but the company quickly resolved our issue and sent us the correct color. Which we were so thankful for. The shipping was relatively fast!! Which was another bonus. This took my husband about 3 hours to make. There were a ton of pieces but directions were pretty straight forward. We also received no damaged pieces that we know of which was another bonus because I know others had that issue. This piece is so gorgeous. The heater blows out nicely and warms up a room. The ambience is breathtaking too. Obviously it's not real wood but it is solid and heavy and worth it to us!! Our only complaint is that the drawers wouldn't soft close. They are actually super hard to close so soemthing is going on with those. Hopefully my husband can fix those.

Really like the finished product. There are tons of parts, and a lot of screw/connectors. Instructions are drawing only, no words. This means you really need to concentrate and assemble it step by step. Done correctly it comes out really great. It is heavy so assemble it near your final location, you don't want to pick this up once assembled. The down sides, get some extra wood glue, what they put in the box really is a tiny amount, you should have more. My only other thought, the logs could be a bit bigger, the coals and flames look good. The remote works but again no words...overall, very good quality with nice appearance and storage.

Esthetically, this fireplace/TV stand is such a warm & inviting focal point in our family room. Not to mention the extra storage space in the drawers and glass cabinets. I put this cabinet together by myself (I'm a 63 yr. old woman) admittedly it took me all day and a couple of hours into the next morning because I took my time at it and it has many parts and 40 steps (41 if you use the wall anchors) but it is worth the time and effort. I'm writing this review after enjoying this new addition to the family room after two weeks of use. It's been cold and we have been running the heater a good deal of the time. It does an outstanding job keeping us warm & comfortable. The fire logs look 3D and very authentic when you turn it on and the cabinet lighting is really pretty. The finish color works really well with the rest of the room. The glass doors are self closing and the drawers have nice glides. This company does a wonderful job packing it, the assembly instructions are excellent and they give you all the parts plus extra ! I pulled my truck out of the garage and layer out a couple of drop clothes to lay out all the parts to do the assembly which made it easier to do and find each numbered piece. I recommend this wonderful piece. I personally don't have any complaints about it other than it does take time and space to assemble it.

UPDATE: just want to express how happy I am with the unit. Very much enjoying waking up to a beautiful piece of furniture, turning on the “fireplace” and heating up the space very quickly on these cold winter mornings. I’ve included a 2nd photo of the piece with the matching corner cabinet I purchased from the same company. I cannot recommend highly enough. The unit came in two separate shipments. Box 2, which is the fireplace, first. It was extremely well packed and every piece was identified with a number and the hardware was labeled with both a number or a letter making the instructions incredibly clear. Make no mistake, this unit is an absolute beast to assemble however as I’ve mentioned it’s impeccably labeled and clear so if you take your time and are able to bend or sit on the floor you’ll be okay. It took me alone two full days to assemble and I needed my son to wrap up in the final 3 steps because this old body, I’m 64 with a lot of physical challenges, couldn’t take too much more. The fireplace is gorgeous and I enjoy the lighted side cabinets however as others have remarked you can choose to leave these disconnected during assembly. I did have only one issue with the fireplace. The instructions state that the “Flame” button changes the colors. It does not. The flame button turns the “flame” on and off. It’s the + button that changes the color of the flame. The issue is that I had great difficulty getting customer service to understand that. For three days (Overnight as they are in China) they kept responding with “Yes, the instructions say the flame button…etc and kept missing the point that the instructions jpg. That they replied with were wrong and not what they were saying in their response. Finally, they understood and apologized and offered a $30 refund for my time although it’s unclear how they’re going to send it but I’ll gladly accept. Still, a small price to pay for such an impressive piece of furniture.Ive also purchased the matching corner cabinet not yet assembled. Picture attached.
