This dining set from Oneida is so smooth and matte and the floral design pops out on the plates and bowls. The plates and bowls are rather large and they aren't too heavy to hold. I like that these are dishwasher and microwave safe but because they are stonewear, they get incredibly hot so be careful after taking them out of the microwave. I've been using these innmy kitchen for a month now and there's no chips or scratches so I'd say there rather durable. If you want an attractive stonewear set, this is very beautiful and I'd say these are affordable for how nice they look.

I've had success with Oneda dishes for decades, and seeing how our existing dinnerware was showing signs of age, I decided to replace them with the Oneida Roseto set in pumice. These arrived well packages--both by Amazon and Oneida--, and the Oneida box had each type of dinnerware boxed separately with protective layers between each item. No dishes were broken or cracked, and you couldn't even shake the original box and hear the dishes inside. It was quite heavy for a place setting of four, which I choose to believe hints at the quality of the set. What I like is that this includes everything I needed without also including those dishes that usually go unused or underused in most casual family meals. I'm talking about teacups, saucers, and the like. The plates themselves are smooth edge-to-edge, save for an etched pattern on the surface. For the bowls, the pattern is on the outside, leaving the inside perfectly smooth. I also like that these are dishwasher and microwave-safe dishes. Someone in our house was bound to put them in at some point, anyway, and it's good to know that the expectation is that they'll survive. So far, they have. The asking price of $50 right now is a decent price to pay for this level of quality. They're not the cheapest casual plates you can buy, but they are some of the nicest for under $50. Five stars

Plates and bowls looking pretty nice, bit heavier than expect but solid feel. Color is good, not too light, not too dark, kind of neutral gray, works with many table setting. Pros: Look modern, simple pattern, not too much decoration. Bowls size okay for soup or rice, not too big not too small. Easy clean, goes in dishwasher fine no problem. Cons: Plates is bit larger than I think, maybe not fit small kitchen shelf. Stack little wobbly, not too bad but need careful. Surface has little texture, some people maybe not like, but I don’t mind. Use many times already, no chip or crack. Microwave safe, get bit warm but nothing strange. For everyday use, work well. Maybe not fancy but good for daily meals. Feels like will last long if
