USB ports in first set I received didn't work in either lamp. But I received a replacement set in 2 days (thanks Amazon!) and they're great. For about $100 for 2 USB touch lamps WITH 2 dimmable bulbs... you can't go wrong!! Initially, I inadvertently ordered an identical-appearing pair of lamps with USB prts for $10 less... my error since there was no touch function and bulbs were nit included. (I don't think the lamps were dimmable either. They were USB t not touch and did not come with bulbs. So for a mere $5 more per lamp, I got all the functionality I wanted and am very pleased with this set... touch, USB, 2 dimmable bulbs. So far, they're working fine and look great in my bedroom. Plus they were easy to assemble. (Screw 2 pre-wired pieces together, attach the shade harp, and assemble the shade, which is a very clever configuration and very simple to do. Both lamps took longer to unpack/unbox and remove the protective plastic than to assemble -- approximately 5-6 minutes total for both!!) Their taller, narrow profile is perfect for my small-ish low nightstands. I saw identical appearing lamps at a well-known lamp website for $50 more for the set. But they were neither touch nor did they have USB ports. (The only dimmer offered was an optionsl plug-in tabletop dimmer with slide button, which I already had and wanted to eliminate to declutter my night stands.) Even with the non-functioning USB ports on the first set, I would recommend these lamps!!

I love the look of these lamps, the USB port and the touch-to-turn-on 3-way lighting. However, they are not very bright for a living room at all (even on the brightest setting). I purchased some new brighter 3-way LED lights, but when I put them in, the lamp would not turn on at all. There are no light switches on these lamps (the first time I've every see this feature--or lack of--on a lamp). They came in a flatter box and I was thinking that I had not checked the dimensions of the lamp before purchasing. The shades (material) are rolled up around the lamp itself. It comes with rings and you put the shade together yourself with the attached velcro on the shade material and rings.

My USB ports do not work. I sent an email to the address listed on the enclosed pamphlet and it was kicked back as undeliverable. I double checked to make sure I had entered it correctly, and sure enough, I did. I DO love the lamps, and for the quality, the price is a great deal, even without working USB ports. They are sturdy and the gold is bright...a bit brighter than I would have preferred but I still love them nonetheless. I am going for a boho mid-century vibe, and I felt that these lamps would work perfectly for that. They also don't seem as if they will tip over easily, unlike other lamps I have had in the past.. *Update: I decided to go back and add a star, because even though I am disappointed that the USB ports don't work, the lamps are GORGEOUS and I LOVE the touch feature and the 3 different levels of brightness. I actually had fun assembling the shades, and they turned out VERY nicely. For the price, these lamps can't be beat. I looked at hundreds of lamps before deciding on these and I am ecstatic about them. *Update: I contacted their customer service and they said that it must be an accident that the USB ports do not work and that I needed to contact Amazon customer support. I opted not to do this, because we use our beside lamps nightly and I did not want to go through the hassle of sending the lamps and then waiting on replacements. I took off a star because the pamphlet that came with the lamps said to contact them via email if there were any issues, then the email came back as undeliverable, then I went through Amazon to contact them about the defect (as Amazon said to do) and they kicked it back to Amazon. *Update 7/30/2023: I LOVE these lamps! While they STILL do NOT charge my phone, I CAN plug my bedside fan into the USB port and it works! That freed me from the need for a surge protector, which I feel clutters up the room. I also feel that these are some of the most beautiful lamps I've ever owned and the touch feature is AWESOME!

I couldn't be more pleased with these lamps. They are just as represented, very nice and sleek. I was specifically looking for lamps with the touch feature, and these work wonderfully. The lamp is easy to put together, as was the lamp shade. I'm using these on the end tables in my Den, and love the 3-way capabilities.

I was delighted with the quality of these lamps! Great gold finish and heavyweight good quality! Simple to assemble! I didn't need the shades, will save them for something else. I love the fact that you can charge your phone from the lamp!

Was already disappointed before i even opened the box! I knew as soon as i saw the size of the box that i would have to put the shade together. I'm not paying $95 to put my own shade together! God, it looks so cheap! One reviewer also said the shade emits a pink hue and he was correct. So i ended up with a lamp i have to put together and a pink (when lit) shade. Good luck getting it back in the box/styrofoam since it comes in pieces...the shade fabric, shade rings, the harp, the bulb holder. They have less expensive and nicer looking lamps at TjMaxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods. I'll just have to wait till i find one i like thats FULLY assembled with a REAL lampshade.
