It truly works! And, I got proof during a recent weekend near water -- ocean, rivers, etc. Everybody else in the family was swatting away mosquitoes, etc., and because I take vitamin B1 once daily they were totally leaving me alone. And, I used to be the person with a "cone" of bugs flying above my head in anyone's back yard. This stuff is a life saver!

B1 helps with sleep and dreams. But you need to keep in mind it may not help everyone. I personally feel like the bigger milligram helps better. B1 also helps calm the mind. This B1 is a good quality in my opinion.

This product is easy to use. You. Just add it to your daily vitamins. We did not have a problem with swallowing it and the taste is nonexistent. It has help with the shaking of our hands, but it did not stopped it totally. We are happy with how it has helped.

I purchase this product, ongoing, as I’ve had gastric sleeve surgery and tend to get low vitamin b1. This brand came highly recommended by my surgeon. The capsules are easy to swallow, tasteless, normal size and great quality for the value. I highly recommend this supplement!
