I really like this tool. It's so easy to use and is the only thing that has worked to give my lifeless, very straight hair, a little volume! Keep in mind, it would take forever to dry your hair from start with this. I use my blow dryer as usual and get it almost completely dry before I use this. The only other con I can think of is that is gets VERY hot. I use the low setting, mostly (especially on bangs and around face to prevent damage). I liked everything about this hot air brush except the high heat and low heat are so hot that I cannot even put my hand near the bristles when on. I have fine hair and only use the cool function which has high air flow and no heat. I can imagine that high of heat would damage anyone's hair.

Update: wonderful customer service that helped me get a refund for their product that originally arrived broken. They were very kind and responsive. I may try ordering again. I was really excited to use this brush and ordered it while on vacation after using a friend's similar brush. Got back from vacation (just outside of the 30-day return policy) only to open the package and find that the brush had arrived broken. There was a loose metal piece in the bottom of the brush that makes a loud clanging noise and when left on, a burning smell. ... show more

So much easier than the round brush and dryer! I use this product plus non-heat rollers and it turns out great every time. People have told me that it looks like I used the dyson airwrap, and I have referred them to this product. I have even dropped it on the ground a few times and it still works.

I love this hair brush dryer, but the bristles don't hold my hair well. They want to fall out. I wish the bristles would grab better and hold them around the brush head. I love everything else about it.

It's a shame that there isn't enough power to dry your hair in a decent amount of time. If I didn't have to use a different blow dryer until my hair is damp, I'd give it 5 stars. Super comfortable and easy to use. Works GREAT.
