Like these pills, but they do have a bit of a grainy texture if you don’t swallow them first try. Pretty neutral taste but the bottle does smell a bit when you open it to get a pill. If not eaten with meals you’ll probably get a bit of in upset stomach. However that can be avoided. Overall I liked these vitamins, took them for about 4 years until after a blood draw I saw that some of my levels were way off. Be weary of the high B vitamin and zinc levels. ... show more
