I’ve been taking these for about 9 or so months now. I do not take them daily but probably every 3-4 days. Put it this way. I used to suffer really badly from mouth ulcers. Every time I’d get even remotely stressed out or uptight, boom. Ulcer. They’d last about a week at a time, and they were brutal. Since I started taking these? I’ve had 2. In 9 months. One time of which I was actually sick with a viral infection. I really don’t think that’s a coincidence. It's daily vitamins, you take one a day and they do whatever vitamins do when they get into your body. Whether they help me or not is a moot question because they sure aren't hurting me, so what the heck, maybe something in them will help me. There's two sides to the vitamin camp. For and against. The against say you're wasting your money and just peeing everything down the toilet. Well, I pretty much pee or poo everything down the toilet anyway, so that hamburger I ate for lunch today is going to eventually find it's way to my toilet. Did the hamburger do much to help my body? Don't know. It's the same for vitamins. You pick what you want to do. And as far as throwing away my money.... well it's my money and I can do whatever I want with it. ... show more

So these pills are good. Not too much of anything, just measured to the daily balance. And no iron, which is good because iron is so abundant in foods that it would be more dangerous then good adding it in. Feeling nausea, or sick? So I too had this issue when taking this pill. I couldn't even work out, felt like crap. Turns out, if you eat these pills either on an empty stomach, or with fibrous food like oatmeal, you'll get this effect. So avoid eating it after/before breakfast since that's generally the time you eat the most fibrous food. I only eat these after lunch now, NEVER after my oatmeal. I know there are 1,000 great reviews on this multi, but I found a few others around the same time i purchases this that had nausea/stomach issues when taking. I am a big guy and I have taken multivitamins before with my breakfast and never had issues. This time though, I definitely had some serious nausea and stomach issues after taking the pill that lasted all day. I honestly thought I was just getting sick, then after day 4 I'm like "ok, what if its the pills?" Stopped taking and I felt fine. Had to be sure, so I took one for breakfast a few days later. Bad nausea again. Anyways, maybe its just this brand and me don't get along, but I'm gonna toss this. ... show more

Some individuals have reported that they felt more energetic eating this pill. I do not know if this is due to placebo. Some people may feel energetic because they feel excited to take healthy vitamins and make them feel like they're doing something productive in their life instead of downing pints of ice cream. But I did feel some burst of energy, maybe some kind of hope that my body might actually start to respect me for making a right decision to take more vitamins in my life. This is a fabulous multivitamin for individuals who do not want to spend 45$ on expensive multivitamins that may contain the same ingredients and have added stuffs that promote "muscular repairs functions" or "better sex life." It's simple and the pills are oval shaped and won't create a choking hazard. For individuals who are concerned about the taste, it's relatively flavorless.
