I love the salon bed - it is nice, but it was missing parts when I bought it! I had to have braces made at a metal shop to compensate - and when I contacted Omy Salon they said they would send the missing parts. . . Still waiting two months later! OmySalon finally did refund my money for the price of the Salon bed a week after I wrote this review with the caveat that this error would not occur in the future should I decide to purchase again from their company! So that was nice.

Ok bed for the money. Fairly easy to install Only problem so far is back rest will not stay in lowest notch.

The bed looks just as pictured. It's not extremely sturdy, but for the price it's great. The only issue I have is that the spring on the back of the chair is too loose and won't hold the chair into the upright position. I use it for microblading and my clients lay flat, so it's not a huge deal for me. Although it is a bummer that it doesn't work 100% like it should... but you get what you pay for so I'm not too mad. It does what I need it to!
