Included was a helpful postcard sized insert detailing how to disconnect and connect the new tube. It took less than an hour to get the new tube up and running. If the directions on the insert are followed exactly, very little additional work or mirror realignment is needed.

I will preface this by saying I have not tested this tube yet so I cannot comment on the quality of the tube, but the packaging was very well done and there would have to be some serious carelessness to damage the tube during shipping . Also worth noting that the tube I received had the high and low voltage leads pre installed not just the graphite pins sticking out of the tube, which was a nice surprise, I’ll update my review after installing and testing the tube but on first looks, for the money this is the tube to buy, 80mmx1250mm 80w tube for 303.00$ well packaged and delivered in 5 days (including a federal holiday). Good job Om tech Update: 5 stars , needed customer service and they were very helpful and got me the help I needed to properly diagnose and get my tube working 100% would order again!

I WAS RUNNING MY LASER AND NOTICED WATER DRIPPING. THE WATER OUT NIPPLE HAD BROKEN OFF. CONTACTED SUPPORT AND THEY ANSWERED ONE TIME, NOW THEY ARE PLAYING THE IGNORING GAME! THEY CLAIM POOR WATER QUALITY CAUSED CORROSION! I RAN THE SAME TUBE THAT CAME WITH MY MACHINE FOR OVER 6 YEARS BEFORE IT FAILED AND IT WASNT DUE TO THE WATER! 2 DAYS BEFORE THE 9 MONTH WARRANTEE EXPIRED ON THE OMTECH TUBE AND THIS HAPPENS!! LOOK AT THE PICTURES OF THE BROKEN NIPPLE, IT IS DEFECTIVE METAL, NO CORROSION!!!
