Seems to be effective, it definitely increased her energy. The size of each gummy seems to be about average. Compared to other vitamins it seems to have a good deal of vitamin content however there are some missing that could prove useful, such as iron, and other D and B vitamins. Value for money also seems comparable to others of its kind. The flavor is lacking though. My daughter says they don’t taste very good, but not so bad that she can’t get them down. ... show more

I get these for my teen. Sometimes the gummies are super soft and sometimes they are firm. Either way my picky eater said the flavor is not too bad. She will take them every day without complaint and that's a plus for me.

Upon receiving these gummies there was a really bad smell. My thirteen year old daughter complained about the smell and taste. I thought this was how they were suppose to smell and taste as I had never purchased them before. My daughter is a healthy 13 year old, with no medical conditions, and she plays on a basketball team. My daughter stated breaking out in hives on her right arm. The hives would happen around the evening and only affect one arm. This went on for three days. I assumed it was something else my daughter was using, I never once thought about the vitamins. I took my daughter to her pediatrician and she was perplexed and asked what my daughter using, eating, or doing that was new. I did mention the vitamins but the pediatrician looked up the ingredients and stated that nothing in them should be affecting my daughter. The pediatrician instructed us to stop using anything new, to take benedryl for the allergic reactions, and to wait things out for about two weeks. I instructed my daughter to stop taking them. The hives did not come that day and have not returned. I believe that these gummies were the cause of her allergic reactions. I am seeing a lot of reviews here about the smell and taste of these vitamins. I do not know if they are authentic Olly vitamins or if I received a bad batch. Purchased these for my teen daughter she loves them. She said they taste great. Packed full of the nutrients she needs. Great vitamin quality and a lot for the cost. I would recommend and I’m buying them again.
