These are a great option for teens who don’t like swallowing pills. The gummies have a nice texture—not too hard or overly sticky—and the sugar coating gives them a good taste without being overwhelming. Seems to be effective, it definitely increased her energy. The size of each gummy seems to be about average. Compared to other vitamins it seems to have a good deal of vitamin content however there are some missing that could prove useful, such as iron, and other D and B vitamins.
