Cute container a bit too big for the amount of gummies ,the smell not the best, but it works well ,I love that it's not sweet nor gets sticky,taste is good and natural.

They seem to work just by the increase in energy

Seems to be effective, it definitely increased her energy. The size of each gummy seems to be about average. Compared to other vitamins it seems to have a good deal of vitamin content however there are some missing that could prove useful, such as iron, and other D and B vitamins. Value for money also seems comparable to others of its kind. The flavor is lacking though. My daughter says they don’t taste very good, but not so bad that she can’t get them down.

Everyone seems to be complaining about the taste/smell. I admit the smell is a little off-putting but I believe that's just proof of the nutrient ingredients, like they say, no pain no gain. As for the taste, they aren't bad. My daughter who is 14 just finished the first bottle and I'm ordering a 2nd.

Great vitamins but be weary of how they’re delivered

My girls like these vitamins. No issue with taste. We have them on subscription and once they were sent via a flex driver—-never again! We received the box that had clearly been opened and was taped closed again with non-Amazon tape, and the seals on both bottles were broken. We won’t accept them unless they are delivered directly from an Amazon driver now.
