First things first: the blade. You’d obviously expect a knife to be sharp but I have never purchased a knife that worked so well right out of the box. 10/10 for sharpness. The second thing is the claims they make about the knife’s balance, and let me tell you, this knife feels great. It’s comfortable to hold and gets the job done. Lastly is the packaging. I feel like this is a great gift option as the packaging is really beautiful, it sure feels like it cost a couple of hundred bucks. The protective sheath is a nice touch. This is an AMAZING knife for the price. As far as I can tell, this is the exact same knife as the Henkels Classic 8" Chef knife with a different logo. Some of the photos look identical.
