At first I was very pleased. It fit perfectly then all of a sudden the watch fell off my arm. I looked at it and found the catch that locked it on broke.     • Tools are junk!
The watch is lovely but the band was too long. The little tool to remove the links is a piece of junk and broke before all the links were removed. Had to order a tool kit from another vendor in order to take all that I needed out. The new kit should last for years, made of metal instead of plastic!

This watch can go with any outfit to me , any event or just everyday wear , it’s clean easy to adjust to correct date and time and it’s water resistant . Also my wrist are very large size 9 I would say and it fits perfect there is also the hands glow in the dark

Ordered this watch in June. It’s never really kept the correct time. Took it to a jeweler today to have the battery replaced. He said the battery was fine but inside of the watch was corroded & pieces were lose & that’s why it wouldn’t keep time. He asked how old was the watch. Told him 4 months. He wouldn’t replace battery because watch would still not work. Missed my return period. Not happy!!! ... show more

    • Instructions leave much to be desired
1. The instructions are difficult to follow as they were written by someone unfamiliar with English. I hesitate to criticise foreigners English since I would not be able to produce same in a foreign language. Setting day, date and time is a real chore; the instructions refer to a gear 1 and gear2,but I could only detect 1 gear. 2. The band resizing tool does not work well at all: the resizer will not locate accurately over the pin in the band. But skips over the surface of the band and wiill bend the resizer's pin. 3. The day and date are very difficult to read, being quite small, though perhaps those with young eyes may be able to just make it out in bright light. On the positive side, the watch is attractive and, with a bit of patience, one is able to get the time, day and dare set correctly. One might have to take it to a jeweler's to have the band resized (or wear it over the sleeves of some sweaters!). ... show more
