I love my new watch. It's on the cheap side but looks expensive :). Light in the dark, accurate, a little flimsy on the roller for dates and hands but you just need to be careful when using it.

The "strap adjustment tool" is a piece of plastic JUNK. Was able to remove one link, and in removing a 2nd link, (to insure a comfortable fit), the plastic "tool" broke in half. Called the Amazon number, and was referred to the OLEV's customer care number. Called them and the phone message requested I send an email, which I did, and still no reply. All this in the week following Christmas. 2 weeks LATER and I still have not heard from any one. So now I have a watch that is NOT wearable because I can't remove the 2nd link or put the strap back together. So, I will return it in pieces..........Bad purchase, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I should have known better than order a watch from Amazon. Never again, lesson learned. And still very, annoyed as it was supposed to be a very special Christmas gift for my ailing husband. ... show more

The watch is very attractive. The watch band is another story. It comes wrapped in a plastic cover which is very difficult to remove. The time and date are not as easy to set as other watches I have owned. The plastic band tool is useless. I will have to take the watch to a watch repair to adjust the band.
