A central hand under a flat sapphire crystal sweeps around a 60-minute unidirectional turning bezel in matte aluminum. The steel bracelet has a double safety folding clasp to prevent accidental opening and a driver extension for wearing over a racing suit and is water-resistant to 200 meters/660 feet. Like all of our watches, this TAG Heuer Formula 1 Automatic 43 Stainless Steel Gray Dial Date Divers Mens Watch is brand new and comes in its original packaging. Tag Heuer is a Swiss Luxury Watchmaker that specializes in racing-themed sports chronograph watches. Established in 1860 by Edouard Heuer as Uhrenmanufaktur Heuer AG in St-Imier, Switzerland. Eventually renamed to Tag Heuer S.A. when the TAG Group purchased a majority stake in the company by 1985. A favorite of amateur and professional race car drivers between the 50's and 70's with its Autavia's and Carrera's, Tag Heuers' deep racing heritage and excellent timing mechanisms continues to this day with its Formula 1's, Monaco's and Aquaracer's.

Always been a fan of Tag Heuer. This is my first Tag watch and I can say for sure that I was not disappointed. To start the movement is good and the size of 43mm is actually not big at all or maybe my wrist is just a bit thicker. Either way it was a great fit around the wrist.     • Face color has too little contrast with the hands
I first saw this watch in a jewelry store and really liked the color of the face. However, I did not take it out into brighter natural light. When this one arrived from Amazon, I immediately noticed a difference is the way light played on the face. I still liked the color, but was not a fan of the light played. However, I was really turned off by the face when I took the watch outside into brighter sunlight. I could hardly read the time; the hands and face just blended together. Excellent value for money. A very nice, accurate, watch. The second hand sweeps better than an Omega. Update... Almost a year and a half, and the watch is still excellent. Keeps near perfect time, +/-,1-2 minutes a month. Often it is perfect not needing any adjustments. I alternate with an Oris for a daily watch, and it seems to be extremely durable. Watch arrived on time and is even better than i imaginated. Its a big watch at 43mm so i guess some people might prefer a 41mm size. My only complain is that the watch came without the plastic cover on the dial side which causes me to have some doubts regarding the origins of the watch (second hand maybe??). The caseback and bracelet came with the plastic covers. Nevertheless its a great looking watch with some heft to it ... show more

Received this as a gift. Beautiful watch! It’s feels very substantial. The quality is evident. The stamped metal clasp, in my opinion, does not detract from the watch at all. I couldn’t be happier with this watch as it is my first ‘real’ watch. If you choose this one you won’t be disappointed.
