My family said the mattress was so comfortable!! No complaints. We got a collapsible bed frame for this ($90) and a mattress storage bag ($25), also from Amazon, so we could take the bed down once guests leave. This still makes guests feel welcome and you’re feeling like your giving them a more than decent bed to sleep on for less than $400 total!

This was a great buy! I bought this as a gift for my son and his wife. My son has some debilitating health issues and has to be in bed much more than he'd like. He is thankful every day for how comfortable this is, and that makes this mom's heart happy!

As everyone has been saying I too don't believe this mattress is 8" with my measuring tool it inflated to a little over 7"...it inflated in about 24 hours because my room is HOT, cool temperatures will keep your bed inflating for DAYS. I had to get off my hard futon and needed a firm cushiony mattress that could come to my door and as my first foam mattress I am pleasantly surprised. The center fluffed up fastest for me and I have one of those platform Zinus beds that don't need a box spring and it is working out great so far. Defintlelyore on the firm side which is great for my back but its still so soft you will sink into the foam so I don't know how it'll be long term. But for the 9 months of my lease in this studio I couldn't have asked for a better bargain.

Mattress seems well made. There was no odor from it, even right out of the wrapper. We bought this for a camping trailer so we didn't want to spend a lot of money. This Mattress is firm and supportive, but its just a bit too firm for us. Its definitely not plush. I ended up adding an 1 1/4" "egg crate" foam pad on top and now it is much better to sleep on.
