I had to get off my hard futon and needed a firm cushiony mattress that could come to my door and as my first foam mattress I am pleasantly surprised. The center fluffed up fastest for me and I have one of those platform Zinus beds that don't need a box spring and it is working out great so far. Mattress seems well made. There was no odor from it, even right out of the wrapper. We bought this for a camping trailer so we didn't want to spend a lot of money. This Mattress is firm and supportive, but its just a bit too firm for us. Its definitely not plush. We got this for our son's new full size bed, and since he is special needs I have to spend some evenings with him to make sure he get some sleep... But I am very impressed with this mattress. Totally conforms to my mommy body and he loves it as a little lightweight 40 lb kiddo. He has never slept so well, I'm serious. This may not be the solution everyone is looking for, but this is a great mattress. My only issue is that the smell of the foam lingers for a while.
