***6-Month Update!*** 2/15/2017: We're on the 6-month mark and by now, I was SURE this mattress would give me something to complain about. Nope!! We are six months into using this bed and still can't be more pleased. I expected some sagging on either side from where I sleep and my husband sleeps, but it's held up very well. It is SO comfortable and we no longer wake up with back pain and aches. It's been a great purchase and I still can't recommend it enough!! **UPDATE** 10/15/16: We have had this mattress 2 months now and enough sleeping on it to give this a more updated review. I'll stand by what I wrote below and reaffirm just HOW MUCH we love this mattress. It's been extremely comfortable since day one. I no longer wake up with back and hip pain. Never expected as much comfort from such an inexpensive mattress that comes rolled and compressed to your door. We have never had any issues with smell or any sinking thus far. I will say, it was a tad more firm than I expected, even though we decided so within the first 2 weeks of getting it. We did add an inexpensive foam topper which gave us just the added cushioning we wanted with the firmer support from underneath. My point: I have zero hesitations recommending this and I would buy another one tomorrow in a heartbeat.** 8/20/16: I carefully scoured the options and read through every piece of feedback on this mattress before pulling the trigger. "A mattress in a box, delivered like a sleeping bag?? AND it's supposed to be great?! Yeah right." But, (thank you Reviewers who give their honest feedback), I settled on trying this (I NEVER buy anything without checking reviews). For the price, it was worth the risk. I'll say flat out I have never bought a bed I haven't tried first. We purchased a $1300 bed 2 years ago we have hated since day 1...and despite promised "warranties", the dealer never made our misery right. So to Amazon I go and I'd rather buy something many people have unbiasedly reviewed then buying in a store where only the salesman tells me it's wonderful. It's arrived...ahead of schedule and I'm thrilled. First off, someone made a comment about it looking like the FedEx truck delivered it with a tow winch....yes, this is has been through the grinder. Thankfully my mattress inside was well wrapped. It's heavy - you'll need 2 people. Put it near the bed when you unwrap it, because within just a minute or 2, it will fully expand to its size. It puffed up instantly and filled to its shape. I am SERIOUSLY impressed that this shows NO sign of being compressed...it looks like the mattress store just delivered. After letting it puff for 4 hours, I laid on it....it is firm but giving. I cannot wait to try it tonight...and cannot wait to follow up on this in a few weeks/months. Off the bat, I can't recommend this enough. How this mattress is this price (thanks China), I have no idea. It looks and feels like one that should be much more. Last note...absolutely NO odor from mine and no feel of the bedsprings either. ... show more

So far so good! I rarely write reviews (good or bad) but wanted to for this, since the reviews are what made me give it a shot. I want to start off with saying; is it a $1,500 mattress quality or feel? No absolutely not. But rating it based off of the price; I am very happy so far. The King replaced our Queen Size Caspar Mattress- I am 8 months pregnant and we just needed a King for my comfort and once baby comes for bed side sleeping- we just had to go to the King. With baby on the way though there was no way I could replace with another Caspar at this time. I knew the price range I was shopping in and got something that I am very happy with for the cost. Some reviews showed the springs on the sides poking out- if you look close or put your hand on the side- yes you can see/ feel the springs. But that doesn’t really bother me. If it’s a deal breaker though I would say maybe not for you. I didn’t measure to see if it rose to its full height.. I’m not that picky, again for the price. It’s kind of a “Goldie Lock” Bed where it’s not too soft not too firm- if you want firm it definitely isn’t for you. It’s a medium/ soft I would say. I weigh 160 right now pregnant- and I definitely sink into it- but that’s what I like and prefer. This is my first “Hybrid”- normally I don’t have anything with springs. But for the price I was too nervous to do a true bed in a box. It is on a new King Size Frame- the mattress is maybe 2 inches short on the sides (width wise) but super hard to say if that’s the mattress or the frame from Wayfair. In summary I’m giving it 5 stars- but basing it off the price I paid- I think it is priced fairly. And if need be we can always do a mattress topper if needed. We may end up doing that- only bc the sides are very soft- so getting in and out is a little hard being pregnant and I didn’t have that issue on my Caspar.. that’s probably my biggest negative. We did let it rise up in the dining room for 24 hours before putting it on the frame as well. ... show more
