I borrowed my partner's Old Bones knee brace, loved it, and he told me I need to get my own. So that's what I did! I use mine for running when I have mild knee pain or feel like I need a little support to keep from getting injured. The non slip grip at the top keeps it in place. I only had to slightly adjust it twice during several 10km races. I run slow though. This brace is comfortable, dependable, a great value for the $ and also washable. (Thank goodness!) Buy this and get rid of the basket of compression braces you have been keeping by the back door for years. Better yet, get two. You can wear one while the other is in the wash. Runner with Osteoarthritis in the knees and these are the best knee sleeves I have ever tried. Great compression with no pinch or bite from the soft fabric. I hate to say that any of these things are "no slip" because let's face it they all slip. BUT these slip down so little that we might as well say it, these are NO SLIP. The gel pad on the knee is the chef's kiss and put these bad boys right over the top. Overall: superior comfort and compression in a no-slip sleeve that feels like a big warm hug for your knees. I've worn a few different knee gaskets and had issues with all of them. Fit, sliding down, material subpar, etc etc. This has been the holy Grail of knee gaskets for me! I like the length. I followed the size chart and did not really believe it (I've never been a medium in any sports gear), but this thing fits my leg beautifully, never bunches or rolls, and doesn't feel too bulky. Sleeve is extremely comfortable but easily rolls down at thigh creating a frequent need to readjust. If they figure out how to correct, I would buy again but as is, probably not.
