Had to call customer service once because FIRST frame I got didn't have the bolts or any tools ECT. They sent me a replacement that then I needed to send the original one back. I got this less then a week ago. Finally got it set up. Just for 2 days after setting it up one the legs started to bend and break. I then had to use the bed I was supposed to send back SO I WOULDNT GET CHARGED DOUBLE to replace the one broken leg. Today there is now 3 that have bent and broke at the weld. This is ridiculous and cheaply made. Now I had paid for not one BUT TWO OF THESE CRAPPY MADE BED FRAMES AND CANNOT EVEN USE ONE OF THEM!!! I AM NOT HAPPY ID GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD ... show more

I love this bed frame! Sturdy, very easy to assemble. No movement of the bed getting in nor in tossing and turning. At 18" high I can use it to store many items under it and with a bed skirt they are well out of the way.

Stability was not right it kept on moving and then it kept squeaking when u get off of the bed and it was not easy with putting it together and the quality was okay and the fit was alright

I really like this frame. I am a 64 yr old woman, and I was able to put it together by myself, even though two people would have been a lot faster. I like the height of the bedframe too. I've had it a couple of months now, and it's holding up perfectly.
