The product comes unassembled. The tools they provide in the kit to put it together are basically what you need but if you use them it will take forever. To put it together quickly you need your own tools. The kit is easy to assemble with the provided instructions and goes together well. The setup is conducive for safely storing your rods however if you have large reels on those rods it becomes quite tight to fit them next to each other the way they have set up the device to hold them. I love the fact that it gives you a choice of having feet or rolling casters. With the feet on it my long 7 ft rods are not scraping the ceiling so a perfect choice. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase as it's overall function covers everything I need. I would recommend this to someone else. ... show more
