Excess humidity IF water flows to the desired areas, combined with insufficient fresh air, makes it impossible to vent the machine properly. I had 12 fertile eggs that nearly hatched, but none pipped effectively. They struggled to exit their shells, and some didn't survive. As a result, I ended up with fully developed dead birds. Having hatched eggs for decades, I can say this was one of my less successful experiences. I won't use this device again.

Working great 98% hatch rate have not lost a egg or chick yet highly recommend and very low maintenance and cleaning is very good no struggle and 360 view!
